If we could recall, it was about a year, the Katsina State Government awarded the contract of renovation, remodeling and equipping the three own General Hospitals that are situated in the three Geopolitical Zones of the state, the General Hospital Katsina, Daura and Funtua. The Governor of Katsina State, Rt Hon Aminu Bello Masari in his quest to take Katsina State to higher level of development has approved renovation, remodeling and equipping the General Hospital Kankia through the consultancy of the Bold Spaces Consult.

As we are aware that, the Health Sector is the most important sector to the lives of people, more especially common men, who have little to spend in the course of their health. This approval was in line with the Restoration Project Agenda in improving the health sector and making it fit for medication of any kind of diseases across the state. It therefore, in fulfilling all the promises and realizing all the pledges that His Excellency made during his Campaign Tour, to restore the glory of the state and diversify its economy, bring in development and progress in every sector of the state.

A PROPOSED PROJECT FOR NEW FUNTUA MOTEL - Seeking For Partnership

A PROPOSED PROJECT FOR NEW FUNTUA MOTEL (MAIRUWA DAM)

In line with the Developmental Programs of the administration of His Excellency, the Governor of Katsina State, Rt. Hon. Dr. Aminu Bello Masari, CFR (Dallatun Katsina) to bring about the desire needs of the people of Katsina State in all sectors and economic development to Katsina State via Tourism is not exception in this regards.

The Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism in collaboration with Bold Spaces Consult have come up with a proposed project for New Funtua Motel (Mairuwa Dam) through Public Private Partnership (PPP).

This is evidenced  in graphical expression attached below. To this end, Interested investors are here by invited to come forward and partner with the Katsina State Government for the execution of this project. We therefore, invite you to go through the proposed project plan (Design).

Let me begin by quoting a verse from the Edict of the Katsina State Youth Council. "No association shall function as a Youth Club unless it has been registered as required by the provision of the Youth Council Edict. If you want achieve and accomplish something you needs to get all what it takes so that the goals can be attained and the dream can be realized. It is like when you want fly up, you need to get the feathers, so that you can fly up above the sky. Making effort in preferred area for accomplishment is something tangible that can lead to success but the worst part of it, it is to take it in the wrong direction, this direction shall not guarantee a success, it will just be a hedge, no matter how far the journey has gone it must be reverse to its initial stage to start it again by taking the right direction, surely, this direction shall guarantee a success as long as efforts are being putting in place.

You may either wish to believe with the above facts or rejected it. Anyway, no one can dare say a breadwinner, who works his hands and feet at all cost for providing the means of living to his family and maintaining the stability of his home has no responsibility in giving directives for putting things in order and the wellbeing of his family. I don't think, if there could be a some one (outsider) that will enter into this breadwinner's house and claim the credit of this man. It is a known fact, he who has never found responsible in keeping the affairs of others voluntarily, his actions will never effected positively even he assigned to do so. The Katsina State Youth Council Edict stated that "the Hon Comm/SA may give direction of a specific or general character of the Youth Council or a Club with respect to its activities or performance of its function and the Youth Council or Club as the case may be, shall give effect to such direction". The problem with you people, you already took a wrong direction by erroneously following the wishes of your hearts, you planned to over take and over smart your master with out thinking that he already had been in the system before you, and has much experience. And after all, you forgot to remember, there was a provision of law governing the Youth Council.

You may claim your right as the citizen of Nigeria who are categorically belong to Katsina State by either a birth or naturalization, who have been given ultimate freedom to participate in any social clubs and gathering for contributing into and benefiting from. But you have no legal right to claim leadership while you failed to follow the due cause, procedures that will offer you an opportunity of becoming the authentic leaders of this council. As it was narrated in the Katsina State Youth Council Edict  and I quote "Membership of the Youth Council is open to all registered clubs in the State. And a Club applying for membership in the Council shall submit an application in writing to the Secretary of the Council" this will really serve as the primary stage of becoming the executive members prior of the conduction of election.

To summarize it all, This council was established by the government, all its activities are under the supervision of the Hon Commissioner or Special Adviser. With the veto power given to Hon SA, under any circumstances he may wish to dissolve or appoint Executive of the Youth Council before or after conducting an election. No any association has the right to claim leadership as long as the Hon SA remain the overall supervisor on the activities of the Youth Council.

Yana daga cikin amfanin ilimi yin aiki da shi, akasin hakan manuniya ce ta rashin gishirin rayuwa. Koda yake, idan kaji mutum yace wane kazane to kazan nan daya fada shi ne shi. Domin mai zuciya fara kyakkyawa, yakan alakanta mutane ne da abinda ke cikin zuciyar shi na alkhari, haka kuma abin yake ga mutumin da keda mummunar zuciya.

A koda yaushe, na kanji ba dadi, idan na karanta rubutu na kage da kushe akan Gwamnatin Jahar Katsina ko akan mutuncin wani ko Mahukantar wannan Jaha. Yana da kyau mai adawa ya nemi hujjojin sa a hannu kafin yasa alkamin sa don amayar abinda yake gani anyi ba daidai ba. Kace ance ai zancen banza ne. To waye yace? Kuma idan ance din to abisa wane dalili akace? Koko kaji suna fada, Gwamnati bata kyauta ba domin zantar da hukunci kaza. To kai ya akai kasan Gwamnati bata kyautaba baccin kaki kanemi kasan dalilin yin hakan ko kaki ka fahimci dalilan yin hakan domin wani abu na daban dake zuciyar ka.

Yana dakyau, mai rubutu ya sani, rubutu kamar zance ne domin abinda zuciya ta ayyana ma rai shi ake furzatwa a zance haka kuma abinda zuciya ta ayyana ma rai shi ake rubuta wa. To ka sani, zaka tashi gaban Allah kayi bayanin abinda bakinka ya fada, haka kaza lika, za kayi bayanin abinda hannun ka ya rubuta. Kabar yinkurin cin mutuncin wani domin cimma manufar ka ta siyasa, yin hakan aniyace makomiya.

Zai isheka misali idan kayi dubi iya zuwa baya, wasu sun samu mulki kuma wasu sun rasa hakan ya banbanta su a matsayi na rayuwa amma yau an wayi gari suna amatsayi daya na rayuwa. To kai bakatunanin cewa yau kaima Allah zai iya doraka a matsayi irin wancan, kuma baka tunanin cewa kai ma komin kokarin ka sai wani yaga gazawar ka ta wani bangaren, kada kamanta idan har Allah ya tintida ka a irin wannan matsayi to dakwai ranar da zai saukar dakai kasa. Yadda ka gudanar da tafiyar da al'amurran jama'a shine ma'aunin da zai samar ma ka da irin rayuwar da za kayi ta gaba walau mai dadi ko rashin sa.

Ina mai jan hankali ga dukkan wani mai zagi, kushe ko hassada, kiyayya da cin mutuncin shuwagabanni da ya sani shugaba jagora ne, idan ya lalace al'umma ce talalace, idan yayi nagarta al'umma ce tayi nagarta, idan yayi nasara al'umma ce tayi nasara. To kai wane irin mutun ne da bayasan gidan su da alkhairi? Ai yau da dadi ace Gwamnan garin ku yafi kowa ne Gwamna. Idan kaki Gwamna abisa kiyayya, to ka sani Allah yana sanshi shi, kuma kiyayyar mai kiyayya ba zata taba tasiri ba ga abinda yasa gaba ba, domin koba komai ya gyara tsakanin shi da Allah, yana nufin mutanen Jahar Katsina da alkhairi baya nufin zaluntar koda mutun daya tak.

Neman sani, yana daga cikin wajibci da Allah (SWA) ya wajabta ma Dan'Adam, yazo a hadissai da dama na Shugaban Tsira (SAW). Ilmin nan kau yahada da na komai; na ibada, dana rayuwa, akan komai ma yana dakyau ka nemi sani, domin isuwa ga alkhairi da guje ma cutarwa. Har lallai idan baka sani ba, to rayuwar ka tana gaf da tarko na shaidanun mutane da aljannu. Kasani cewa da ilimi ne ake sharhi akan maganganun mutane, idan baka sani ba, to ta yaya zaka yi sharhi akan maganar wani. Har idan yazama dole sai kayi sharhi a rubutu ko a maganar wani kada kayi kasa aguiwa, tambayi mai wane yake nufi da kaza domin naji ya fada ko kuma ya rubuta. Kamar yadda yake a kimiya, tunani na mutane ya bambanta kamar yadda fahimtarsu akan al'amurra ke bambanta. Wani yana fahimtar al'amurrah ne a baibai, wani kuma yana fahimtarsu a yadda suke, wani kau bayan ya fahimcesu yadda suke yana da digon basirar karin wani abu akai daidai kwatankwacin inda aka dosa da al'amari.

To kai Dan'adawa, har idan kana nufin jahar Katsina da Kasa mu Najeriya da alkhairi, kanayi ne domin cigaban al'umma ba don cigaban kanka da iyalanka ba, ga dama ta samu, zo muhadu muhada hannu da karfe domin ciyar da Jahar mu da kasar mu bakidaya izuwa gaba. Kada ka manta, yanzun ba kakar neman zabubbuka bace, kakace ta jagoranci, idan lokacin kakar neman zabubbuka tazo, lokaci ne da kowa ka iya neman jama'a ta hanyar data dace, ba irin wannan hanya ba ta cin mutuncin shuwagabanni da sauren mutane masu mutunci acikin al'ummah.

Katsina State Attorney General's Message Misconceives As Metaphorically

It is wise to ask on whatever you don't know or not sure about its happening before judging it, and it is unwise to judged uphead with out hearing between the two parties. People are talking much after they misconceived firsthand message from the Katsina State Attorney General.

Still on the Brr El-Maezuq's statement which he made during the hours of the Social Media Community honored His Excellency's invitation for breaking of Ramadhan Fast. In El-Marzuq statement there is no any indication that is showing threaten to any person or group of persons by giving any kind of of order either directly or indirectly to APC loyalists to crush who ever criticize Governor Masari's Administration or his cabinet, as I have seen and read from the different walls and groups of the social media users, the gesture had really made some of the Social Media Platforms users aggrieved and tried retaliating.

If it had been those that were opportune to attend had been sincere and made disclosure of the true meaning of Brr El-Marzuq's statement it could have not heated the conducive atmosphere of this blissful community that we call our own and changed the dimension of this issue to another dimension. Alhamdulillah, Brr El-Marzuq have cautioned the gathering by disclosing the effort of the National Assembly in providing laws guiding the use of Social Media Platforms.

If we can recalled, Brr El-Marzuq in the beginning of his speech, he said "I will speak metaphorically to those that are making damages to our reputation and personalities, We will not fold our hands and let you continue destroying our personalities. If you want criticize APC government in accordance with the freedom of speech as provided by the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, you are free to criticize in our governance but we will not tolerate seeing you abusing, accusing and instigating lies against us and our family, he also said, you have no concern with our private lives, our private lives are ours not yours but Katsina State Government is for all of us" He further said that by sighting an example; "Assuming that, today Governor Masari diverted Katsina State funds to his private benefit, so now, you have the right to ask about your funds."

At the end of his speech he said that; He who continue destructing our personalities and that of our family, we will not let him go free. This statement has no any sign of threatening that would have antagonized and instigated many of you to intended for instant retaliation. Brr El-Marzuq's expression is metaphoric, that is indicating another thing else. No doubt, Brr Ahmad El-Marzuq made his expression metaphorically unlike the thinking of some agitators. If you blamed El-Marzuq in this issue, you just blame him because of something else not this statement, and then I will say another political defamation to the person of El-Marzuq.

PMB Takes An Exit From Katsina To Abuja After Two Days Visit To His Home Town

His Excellency President Muhammadu Buhari took an exit from Umaru Musa Yar'adua International Airport, flight to Abuja. After he spent two days private visit at his home town Daura, Katsina State.

The Katsina State Governor, Rt Hon Aminu Bello Masari and his Deputy QS Mannir Yakubu together with Speaker Katsina State House of Assembly, Rt Hon Aliyu Sabi'u Ibrahim Muduru and other distinguish personalities accompanied the President and his entourage.

I am looking way forward for success not way backward for failure, I am working with all my strength to make victory a friend and make failure an enemy, looking a room where enemy could be a friend and a friend could be become a relative, I considers these the most reliable attitudes that one if apply will success and get a happy life and the most rebellion weapons in the battle field of politics that one can win over an enemies

it is into our conscience that the Social Media Community has gathers different people with different characters and distinguish ideologies in social and political matters. This makes the Social Media Platforms became a large community that is difficult to be control and make it appreciated to every one, especially during this era of Fourth Republic Political Dispensation of the 2015 Politics of the change mantra, where Social Media Platforms played a vital role in creating an awareness on the corrupt practices in the country which had set back the economic growth of this country, am quite sure social media have contributed a lot that bringing the end of the PDP administration, it is in this community regular sensitization that had been carried out by exposing issues that could endanger the destiny of our country.

We therefore witnessed that people that had never been in politics have also campaigned the candidature of the majority elected current political office holders over this platform. But as the Social Media stands on itself as a community it is lacking so many things that if gets would have addressed and yielded a smooth, happy and understandable community for the interest of every one. Considering the fact that, Social Media Platforms are so flexible in such away that gives diverse route to follow to our own  options; write and articulate, interpret and comment, forward advice and communicate with the people you knows and people you don't know. The most important things that this community is lacking are leadership, unwilling to accept the interest of others on issues, unwilling to comply with ethics that is guiding the use of Social Media, willingness of not allowing disorder to arise, willingness of not allowing intentional misinterpretation of public opinions. And some of these social media fans are on the habits of; willingness to accuse or abuse people unobjectively, willing to subject political policies to personal issues, willing to seek personal aggrandizement with no effort or input that will justify that etc.

As we are in the democratic's era, the social media platforms has been dominated by politician to seventy percent (70%) it has become an arena where politics are being played by the majority of the social media fans. It is undoubtedly, this community has given us an opportunity to communicate either privately or publicly notwithstanding to respond on issues base on our understanding and perception that we should either respond to by one side of our emotion, positive or negative; by approving or disapproving; happiness or sadness; like or dislike. The religious/creeds differences, social and political inclination are put fourth in serving as social vices in bringing in disorders in this community, some time jealousy count as number one factor of disorders, more especially when it comes to exhibition of perfection in art of writings, or excelling into political positions, neither does this online community appreciates one another and regards them as fellow patriot in struggle nor does this online society preach one another to love themselves and unite as a society. So this is how it is and how it is being operates by those that considers themselves as social media politician.

It is very sad and unfortunate to reads how this media fans are misinterpreting public pieces write up intentionally because they have different views and perceptions on social, religious/creed and political issues, it is more than better to politicalize a political issues than not politicalize social and religious matters because they remain as far better as we consider them genius. How on earth could you expect some one assigned to accomplished set of objectives will success while his inmate allies devoted their efforts and making friendship with the people he sees as political enemies, it is unbelievable if this relation could effect positively and lead to victory. Let us come on board and understand our differences, so that we can have the opportunity to address challenging issues that are facing us politically and socially, let every one strive and restore peace and order to his own domain if we really want to progress.

Speaking by Elder Usman Isyaku (Tarnon Katsina) has narrated the important of making information public of the happening in Government, which he denoted as been the factor that is causing the misunderstanding in public cycle. He also called on the social media fans to fear Allah (SWA) in spreading an information.

PMB Acknowledges His Efforts For Solid Foundation In The Nation's Economic Growth

President Muhammad Buhari on Sunday evening hosted a delegation from Katsina to the break of Ramadan Fast at the Villa in Abuja.

The Katsina delegation was led by Governor Aminu Bello Masari in company of speaker of Katsina State House of Assembly, Rt Hon Aliyu Sabiu Muduru and the Secretary to the Government of Katsina State, Alhaji Mustapha Muhammad Inuwa.

Other members of the delegation include the Emir of Daura, Alhaji Farouk Umar Farouk, the Magajin Garin Katsina, Alhaji Aminu Abdulmummuni, the Yandakan Katsina, Alhaji Sada Muhammad Sada, A Senator in the Second Republic, Senator Abba Ali, the former Grand khadi, Alhaji Isah Dodo and representatives of Political and Religious Groups. Speaking shortly after the break of the fast, president Buhari urged Nigerians to continue to persevere as the current hardship would come to pass.

According to him, efforts are continuously being made to lay a solid foundation for the nation's economic growth and development. He lamented that people involved in armsdeal and various contract scams have mismanaged the nation's economic resources.

President Muhammad Buhari explained that progress has been recorded in the rehabilitation of the battered North East economy adding that people responsible are now being arrested and interrogated.

President Muhammad Buhari praised Governor Masari whom he said had been prepared for leadership right from the days as the number four citizen of Nigeria. While urging people to go back to farm, President Buhari emphasized that the present APC administration is determine to develop Education, Health and other critical sectors of the nation's economy.

Also speaking, Governor Aminu Bello Masari thanked President Muhammad Buhari for accepting to host the delegation to the break of the fast.nThe Governor said the delegation was at State House to welcome back Mr president from the foreign medical trip and prayed for the success of the administration.

In a remark, the Emir of Daura, Alhaji Farouk Umar Farouk Showered encomiums on Mr President for the loudable programmes to put Nigeria back on track.
Highlight of the visit was a special prayer led by a former Grand Khadi Isah Muhammad Dodo.

Nothing With Prayer Is Impossible

It's my great pleasure and happiest moment in this blissful month of Ramadhan to passionately extend my sincerely greeting to every one there, most especially those that we have came on board of the APC Change Mantra plane, after passing through numerous challenges in the course of salvaging our nation from the pick of collapsing, indeed we strived to got the APC in the sovereignty in order to accomplish the yearning aspiration of our fellow citizenry. 

Thank God, the APC administration has made it, it's really made a history in this fourth Republic Political Dispensation, it is noticeably that with the hard time and diverse challenges we're encountering we we're able to accomplished undoubtful achievements in very short time of our being in power which if compared with what has been accomplished by the fast administration is drastically and fantastically far ahead and beyond comparison. 

May Allah (SWA) in His infinite mercy and love for mankind continue to guide and protect our leaders, give them the courage, tactics and all what it's takes to fulfill the yearning aspiration of the change mantra era. May He (SWA) strengthen and revive our economy, make it sustainable for us and many generation to come.

INTERACTIVE SESSION BETWEEN GOVERNOR MASARI AND JOURNALISTS

It's today that the Katsina State Governor, Rt Hon Aminu Bello Masari held an Interactive Session with Working Journalists in the state. Addressing journalist, by the State Chairman of the Nigeria Union of Journalist Katsina State Chapter, Alhaji Buhari Mamman Daura said this Media Chat was introduced to make happenings in government to be known to the ordinary citizens of the Katsina State and for the government to hear the feelings at the grassroots.

The Chairman of the Media Chat Committee, Abduhamidu Sabo, Blueprint Newspaper Correspondent, expressed his gratitude to the Governor Masari for the opportunity given to working journalists to hold the interactive session with the Governor, assuring that the event will be covered as part of the one Year Anniversary of the APC Change Administration in the State.

During the Questions and Answers Session, Governor Masari said about Ten Billion Naira (N10 Billion) has been injected into the hands of individuals in the state, where Seventy Percent 70% of the funds goes to the payment of Pension and Gratuity of Retired Civil Servants, which affected the Lives of the masses. Governor Masari also said Sixty Five Billion Naira (N65 Billion) was received by the Katsina State Government from the Federation Account since the inception of APC administration in the State.

However, Governor Masari said due to the shortfall in Revenue from the Federation Account, even this Month, the State Government had to source Eight Hundred Million Naira (N800 Million) to effect payment of salaries for Staff of Local Governments and Teachers.

His Excellency, Rt Hon. Aminu Bello Masari took more than two hours to explain the journey so far of the Present Administration in its Restoration Agenda on Education; said the contracts was awarded for rehabilitation of infrastructures and provision of learning materials for both Primary and Secondary Schools across the state, Health; contract was awarded for remodeling and rehabilitation, equipping the three General Hospitals of three Geographical Zones of the State and other Health outlets. Agriculture; procurement of fertilizer for Wet and Dry Season Farmers, Security; tackling the menace of the cattle rustling that became a devastating problem to the people living in the Rural Areas and restoring peace in the some areas of the state. Water Supply; ongoing project of the Ajiwa Dam Water Work to supply portable drinking water to the Katsina metropolis, the successful completion of the Malumfashi and Kankara Water Work, the ongoing Zobe Dam Water Work Project to supply portable water piping through the Kankiya, Charanci LGAs and Eleven other LGAs. And Human Capital Development based on the resources available to the Government within the last ten Months of the APC Administration.

GOVERNOR MASARI RECEIVES A DELEGATION OF THE USA EMBASSY

Today this evening of 14 day of April, 2016. The Governor of Katsina State, Rt Hon Aminu Bello Masari and some members of the Katsina State Executive Council received a delegation from the Embassy of the United State of America led by Alan R. Tousignant, a Counselor for Economic Affairs. 

This delegation from the United State of America were here in Katsina State purposely to discussed ways and seek an approval for partnership with Katsina State Government to diversifying the state economy.

Issues were discussed interestingly by both the members of the Executive Council of Katsina State and the delegation of the United State Embassy on how to diversify and boost Katsina State Economy in various sectors. Agriculture and Industrialization are the major part of their discussion.

KATSINA STATE 2016 BUDGET, A LIGHT OF PROGRESS

It was on last Month, 22nd of March, 2016, that the Appropriation Committee of the Katsina State House of Assembly under the Chairmanship of Hon Faruk Hambali, Member Representing Katsina Local Government, led by the Hon Speaker, Katsina State House Assembly, Rt Hon Aliyu Sabi'u Muduru, who passed the Appropriation Bill to the Governor of Katsina State, Rt Hon Aminu Masari for signing it into law, it was finally signed into law.

Katsina State 2016 Budget was indeed designed in a way that touched human life aspect relevant to the needs of the people of Katsina State, right from the Social Services to Infrastructure development, what a welcome development!

If we could recalled, Katsina State Government have prioritize about five sectors in the 2016 Budget with the highest shares; Education, Health, Agriculture, Water Supply and Roads Construction which carries about 25% of the total amount budgeted.

These areas that were prioritized by His Excellency, Rt Hon Aminu Bello Masari, considered their tremendous important benefits to the lives of people of Katsina State especially in creating jobs opportunities to the unemploy youth and improving the fare of the common man across the state.

The 2016 Budget was designed with some Special Projects in the above mentioned Priority Areas.

In considering the positive impact of education to the societies, as a grass root of every economic development of a nation, Education Sector has carries the highest share of the 2016 Budget that inorder to enhance learning and teaching processes, this share are to be utilize for rehabilitation of both Secondary and Primary Schools infrastructures and provision of furnitures for both teachers and students for conducive learning environment and good atmosphere of learning and teaching process, and it will give every child acess to an education.

In the Health Sector, there were plans of drugs supply and distribution as free for maternal and children, accident victims and patients with special health problems, while in the infrastructures development of the Health Sector, there was also remodeling and rehabilitation of the three General Hospital from the three geographical zone of the state which is now in progress. Therefore, there also a plan of equipping and rehabilitation of other General Hospitals across the state.

As the Katsina State was known with the vast land of farming, the 2016 Budget was also indicated a plan of this administration of 2016 Wet Season Fertilizer procurement for improving the local farming and ease the common challenges that our farmers are facing in the inadequacy of fertilizer, this would enormously assist our farmers to improve their production, irrigation and livestock farmers were also not exception in the 2016 Budget.

It is one of the mission of this government to revitalize the Water Supply, for ensuring enough pipe board water supply, safe and portable in the Rural Areas and Urban Areas across the state for both human and animal consumption, it enclosed the works of Ajiwa Dam Water Supply, Kankara and Malumfashi Dam into the 2016 Budget, this would insha Allah solve the problem of inadequacy of the portable drinking water across the state, the works of these Dams are still ongoing.

Many promises were made during the APC Campaign Tour, one of these promises is Roads Construction, which was also enclosed in the 2016 Budget for fulfillment. This administration has inherited some number of Road Projects which are yet to be completed, and promised for their completion was undertook and construction of new ones in the 2016 Budget was also put in place.

In the hands of His Excellency, Rt Hon Aminu Bello Masari Katsina State is progressing, one day Katsina State would be counted among the most developing state in this country.

The Rt Hon Speaker of the Katsina State House of Assembly, Rt Hon Aliyu Sabi'u Ibrahim lead Members of the Appropriation Committee of the Katsina State House of Assembly for appropriation laws presentation before the (Executive) His Excellency, the Governor of Katsina State, Rt Hon Aminu Bello Masari.

The presentation of the appropriation laws by this able committee of the legislative to the Executive took place at Katsina Government House, Governor's Office, today.
