Gov. Masari Appoints Alh Muntari Lawal To Chair the Newly Constituted Katsina Entrepreneurship And Economic Council.

The council is one of its kind since the creation of Katsina State in 1987. The entrepreneurship and economic council is a voluntary body constituted to advice government on entrepreneurship and innovation. The Council will advice government on entrepreneurship priorities matters related to growth and market demands.

It will be advising government and its agencies from time to time.
The functions of the council will include:

a. Analyse any issue, economic or otherwise, referred to it.
b. Addressing issues relating to entrepreneurship and local content development and presenting fact and findings.
c. Support relevant ministries achieve goals related to innovation and local content capacity building

d. Submitting periodic advice to government on economic and entrepreneurship developments
e. Developing initiatives that bring investment and businesses to Katsina State
f. Boost local content development by implementing capacity building strategies
Alh. Muntari Lawal, the chief of staff to the Executive Governor and also the Chairman of the Katsina Public Exhibition and Gallery will head the council as Chairman. Other members of the committee are:

THE ECHO IN THE 2019 HAJJ EXERCISE IN NIGERIA - Hassan Usman Datti

Kind heart has been meaningful and great, being positive and prosperous, likewise the future is going to be well and great. 


The above description couldn't be attached to any one other than my Boss, sir Alhaji Muntari Lawal Katsina, the serving Chief of Staff in the Katsina State Government.

Sir, Alhaji Muntari Lawal has been known as a trustful person with all the qualities to be assigned at every sensible work, this earned him uttermost respect within Katsina State axis and Nigeria at large.

Recalled that in the 2019 Hajj Exercise, Alhaji Muntari Lawal has been appointed Amirul Hajj by Governor Masari. In that Hajj Exercise his star of kind leadership has shone greatly and echoed in every nook and cranny of the state. This giant achievement made him one the best  Performing Amirul Hajj in Nigeria which led to be the awardee of the Independent Hajj Reporters of Nigeria, a sister organisation of NUJ.

Today, my boss has been awarded as best performing Amirul Hajj of the year 2019 in Nigeria.

Congratulations, sir. I wish all the very best in the near future.

GOVERNOR MASARI MOURNS JUSTICE MAIKAITA, SADA ILU

Governor Aminu Bello Masari of Katsina State has expressed sadness over the death of Justice Ibrahim Maikaita Bako and Alhaji Sada Ilu, which occurred in Abuja and Cairo, Egypt, respectively.

Governor Masari, in a statement signed by the Director General, Media, Abdu Labaran Malumfashi, described the two as illustrious sons of Katsina State who were accomplished in their careers.

He said Justice Bako, who was a High Court judge up to his death and Alhaji Ilu, a retired top security personnel and politician, had made Katsina State proud by distinguishing themselves in their chosen careers.

He said their death would reverberate beyond the shores of Katsina and Nigeria given the profound role they played in the two of the most important institutions in Nigeria, nay globally, ie the judiciary and security agencies.

Condoling the immediate families of the deceased on behalf of himself, the government and people of Katsina State, Governoro Masari prayed to Allah to forgive them all their sins and other shortcomings, even as he urged the bereaved to take consolation in the fact that the two had lived a fulfilled life.

GOV. MASARI FOCUSES FULLY IN HUMAN DEVELOPMENT

The Governor of Katsina State, Rt Hon Aminu Bello Masari made the disclosure when he received the Emir of Daura, HRH Umar Faruq Umar at KTGH. Masari said, Katsina state government puts much effort in human development and job creation to the teeming unemployed youth across the state.

H.E Rt Hon Aminu Bello Masari, CFR, said that about 9000 youth were planed to be engage in different working carries. Therefore, Masari reiterate the adequacy of jobs opportunities in the state, he put forth that no body will cry out for job again in the near future, across the state.

The only thing the government want from the unemployed youth when it provided the job is compliance.
