The route to greatness and illustriousness is simple to take, all what it's takes; honesty, determination, dedication and perseverance, my boss and mentor, Sir Alhaji Muntari Lawal Katsina, is well known with this starting qualities, way back to Second Republic Politics. Presently, the new heards echo in the Katsina State Political Atmosphere, the honorable man that will take Buhari/Masari 2019 Campaign Organization to victory, insha Allah.

The Katsina State Political history holds numerous and kind words to speak about my boss, the newly appointed Director General Buhari/Masari Campaign Organization, before our coming on board, Sir Alh Muntari was one time served as Director General of Buhari/Masari 2015 Campaign Organization known as Restoration Project Group in which he used his weath experience and energy to actualised the responsibilities bestowed upon him by Governor Masari, for knowing him as a man of honesty, credibility, integrity and hard working, further more with unique and geniune principle on terms reference laid down by the ethics of duty.

My boss has been recognized by so many number of patriotic sons of the soil as a man of tremendous accomplishments in many areas especially politics which he knows best, being him a Political Scientist by profession, going by extension a renown technocrat, and a political gladiator in the Katsina State Political Arena. Thus, keeps his star shining admiringly, and his voice hearing in every nook and cranny of my dear state Katsina. There is highly needs of his capacity and services for every meaningful administration in Katsina State.

One thing, I like the most in my mentor is that, he earns the respect of his colliques though they are all in the same positions as Council Members, but they shows respect and consults him for suggestions and observations in discharging some special assignments. The legacy he is leaving behind will remains for years and undoubtedly will serve and solve issues of varying degree in years a head. I found it compulsory to admit that I emulates him politically and very sure thousands will follow his foot steps.

CLEAN AND CLEAR POLITICAL PRACTICES; A CLEAR PATH TO VICTORY.

Political inclination is not the issue, is normal in every political ground or platform for a good and learned practicing politician. Perhaps, the nature of every society practicing democracy, a nation could not be referred to a democratic state with a singular party system, thus "monarch" whereas for a nation having more than one political party is called a democratic state, this is a case for my country Nigeria, that has almost one thousand registered and unregistered political parties, all striking with full forces to get on the power.

But what matter the most and worthiness for peoples' consideration and acceptability, I may say integrity, strong and positive political manifesto, for this might serves the fundamental differences between democracy and monarchy system of government.

Its undemocratic and a very sad disposition to assassinate the character of innocent political players because you are threatening by their success, and your negative illusional assumption to be in their persons or positions. For this, it's the highest order of self deceit, which is religiously, socially and politically contagious with end product of regret and big number of repercussion in the political career.

Humanitarian services are for those who cares and have loves for the human beings and their activities, you could be a philanthropist at several occasions in easing the masses hardship, but you can't be a real philanthropist by venturing into the common men lives with a trade by barter.

Targeting the integrity of respectable peoples with injuries is pure sign that unavoidably proved a lowest class of peoples with lowest selves disposition and moral character, in addition to that, who are scared and suspicious of their selves beings. Success could be achieved to those who embraced patient, modesty, believes in themselves and respect others.

Governor Aminu Bello Masari became a victor of the 2015 Governatorial Election with overwhelming majority, this was achieved relative to his sound character, patience, consistent effort, perseverance and respect he gives back to those who earns his respect. He did not roughfully drove on peoples' personality to clinched on the throne of power. This is a lesson worthy of learning.

Before I will place my pen on the desk let me begin by saluting the courage of Governor Masari for being a good father and best leader in keeping his home safe and peaceful in carrying all and sundry (party members) in the course of our internal politics with out showing priority and favoritism over one member to another. he considers and accepts all of us as single family under one umbrella. I will also like to thank the Katsina State APC Chairman in person of Alh Shitu S. Shitu Maslaha, who inspite of the numerous hurdles he tried as much as the situation could be afford and adjust to managed the APC primaries to became succcessful and peaceful with little or no rancour. 

APC as a political party and giant political platform that many have shown interest under it and aspired elective political offices of different positions, for this has really created inconveniences in this party politics, the Katsina State APC Executive Members have done wonderfully in the process adopted for consensus which at the end didn't yielded a desired impacts but made a little positive progress that lead to election ground, nevertheless the primiries become peaceful and successful, where the winners and losers were announced.

In the history of the fourth Republic Politics which began in the 1999 to date, with differing political dispensations that has produced three Katsina State Elected Governors, two of them stayed in office for eigh years, Malam Umar Yar'adua served between 1999 and 2007 while Barr. Ibrahim Shehu Shema between 2007 and 2015. Therefore, the seating Governor; H.E. Rt. Hon. Aminu Bello Masari from 2015 to date who is presently seeking for second term, the point here is that there was never a fairly and transparency primary elections ever conducted in Katsina State Politics like the recent APC primaries. We are eye witnessed in the PDP internal politics especially when it comes to Primaries Elections which was of injustice, impossible and rigging. Flag bearers are anointed by the Party Officials in serving the interest of the person who gets all. During the PDP's era, there was no political aspirant with out the favoritism of the governor then have ever won the PDP Primaries in the history of Katsina State politics.

Transparency has really answered its name in the APC internal politics, we have made a history, we have seen many aspirants that relied to neither party official nor elite for God-fatherism and political favoritism but have won the 2018 APC primaries. This is indeed a loudable effort. This was not just happened, it happened by the support of Governor Masari, this is a clear indication that Governor Masari is working hard to unite the party. Katsina State has been known and being identified as a home of politics, a home where the real politics was known to had been seeded and germinated, Katsina State produced numerous important personalities that occupied several positions in the federation, this was one of the main reason Katsina State was placed in the most influential political state. In the nearest past scenario, recalled that during the 2011 General Elections, it was the defunct CPC Party that won Katsina State three Senatorial Districts, and all the seats of the lower chamber, NASS, even the office of the Executive Governor was won then, if not of the manipulation and rigging made by the ruling party then.

Daura is one part of Katsina State; as an Emirate Council categorically as geopolitical zone in Katsina North. Daura is one of the most historical and respectful ancient city in the Northern Nigeria, as a geopolitical zone it comprised twelve LGAs, Bature, Bindawa, Daura, Dutsi, Ingawa, Kankia, Kusada, Mashi, Mani, Maiadua, Sandamu, Zango that produced the such an integrity man of PMB and his likes, PMB served this country in notable capacity, as the Military Governor, Head of State and held number of high ranking offices in this country, also who contributed immensely to the progress of this nation, presently a serving President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, the only of his type, a Rtrd military Head of State and converted democrat that won an election under the platform of his party that was lees than a year from its formation.

In considering the above, Nigerians would never forsake PMB and his party no matter how the degree of hate speeches against his personality. The APC  victory of Daura Senatorial District Bye-Election is a tribute to Late Madawakin Daura, Sen. The nature of the Nigerians Politics during the last regime, "who won get all". As it was seen in that period Mr President get all, be you a Senator at Red Chamber, Member House of Representative at Green Chamber or an Executive Governor, talk less of a Minister, all of the said positions must not say or act contrary to the will and interest of Mr President which is unconstitutional, despite the fact that Legislatures have the constitutional right to serve as different arm of government while the governors have right to exercise their powers within their jurisdiction (state) as an arm of government (executive). All the presidents produced by the PDP controlled every positions at both the federal and state level, elected or appointed offices.

It is in the present regime of the APC, President Muhammadu Buhari revived the responsibilities of the legislatures, gave back their powers to serves as another arm of government with full authority as enshrined in the Nigerian Constitution unlike it was in the PDP era. President Buhari never found interfering in the affairs/administration of any state Governor, they exercised their power with out the consent of the presidency. In nutshell, President Muhammadu Buhari is giving uttermost respect to the Nigerian Constitution, he is not going beyond the boundaries of it to serve this nation. Few among the legislatures and governors chose to betray him and the entire Nigerians, instead to put all necessary forces to assist him in moving this country ahead.

The outcome of their action is becoming progress into the All Progressive Party, as of now the APC is receiving in PDP serving governors and senators whose have strong hold in their states, with thousands of followers and very soon many more will join by God grace, indeed, this is a fresh new dawn in the All Progressive Party (APC). A simple experiment that was conducted in Sokoto has prove it positive, Senator Alu Wamako, an APC serving senator, the mammoth gathering that welcome him is enough to tell the end of the story in Sokoto State before 2019 General Election.

How long would it takes you to understand and comprehend the actual meaning and motive behind reversing of party by those that masses entrusted with their treasury.

The recent undevelopment scenario of decamping to former party by the number four citizen of the country together with few number of his colleagues and least number of State Governors to PDP, was a great sign that apparently told the generality of their efforts in serving themselves not the entire masses. We are living witnesses of the great achievements so far accomplished by President Muhammadu Buhari Administration in just three years. The projects executed were enough to justify his integrity, transparency and accountability in serving the Nigerians. In the history of this nation, it is the APC Government that was able to completed the inherited projects abandoned in the first, second, third and fourth republic Nigeria Government, by the away, APC government executed big number of new projects across the country. To talk less, these huge projects have direct impact to the 99.9% of the citizen of this country. All the six geopolitical zones in the country; South West, South South, South East, North West, North Central and North East have witnessed the change agenda of the APC administration.

But the coward and greedy minds among the elites tied their belt to fight him, why because they seem the light from the hands of PMB began to salvage the lives of the poor Nigerians people, taking the country to the next stage of development. The whole actions was done to harm the political popularity of the hero PMB, to thwarted his second term bid in the subsequent year 2019. The worst part of the action of these decamping, it was done in the name of democracy, in reality it was nothing rather hates and envy to the person of PMB for blocking their chances to loot and enrich themselves at the expense of the Nigerian masses. He denied them the opportunity of "playing the old game" as it was played in the last regime where corruption is acceptable.

Changing a party at this momentous time is the same as endangering the lives of common Nigerians to wicked wild animal. Who is most competent among you if not PMB? It was because of PMB and destiny that took you on the positions you are occupying today. The ill motive you are hiding down the bottom of hearts it was sparked and today we know who you are, from where you are and the destination you are heading to, you are exercising a self serving agenda, riding on the backs of fellow common men of this great nation to achieve what is contrary to the interest of the leads "citizens", God forbid. As you betrayed your constituents wait the consequences of your ego and greedy.

THE OPPONENTS' 2019 DREAM NOTHING BUT HALLUCINATION

The opposition veteran political players of the present day politics are out of the picture of the real day politics, what matter to be on target and focus was apparently deviated from their path of political goals attainment.

The undemocratic strategy and tactics so far applied by the Katsina State PDP Chapter in the state political arena for, against 2019 has shamelessly exposed  their inability and incapability to win the fast approaching 2019 General Elections. Their dream of winning 2019 General Elections is nothing but delusion.

With undoubted mind, I will like to assert that, I foresight a commotion and chaos that would unchallengeably sit in the center of the PDP, that would eliminate their happiness and disturb the sanity to reign in their mid. Frankly, their antecedent is greatly generating for their failure, ofcouse, it would definitely pay them with repercussion and reap exactly what they sowed. Very sure, the 2019 and subsequent years would be years of PDP worst omen and consequences

As we 've watched, listen and reads from the various media platforms, the PDPians tried hard of their best to spot out corruption in the current government but their effort remain abortive and of no avail. This was because of the outcome of good governance by the APC administration, both at the national and state level, they are governing with justice and fairness. Quite sure, APC it is a government for all and sundry, a government that people were satisfied the way things are being handling. Surely, the later it is on table for everyone unlike the former that was under the table right from its early life to the death.

The small number of the remaining PDP members in the whole nation, upto now, they are denying themselves of the fact that APC administration has made a history in the Nigerian Fourth Republic Politics, that its to say; the only government that uncovered and exposed out the enemies and big thieves of this country, who drained the national treasury, in regards to this, APC has really made it in the interest of Nigerians in its effort to recovered huge sum of stolen fund and properties. APC remain the best government since the inception of 4th Republic Public and its stand incomparable with any political party in Nigeria.

TEXT OF PRESS ADDRESS BY KATSINA STATE APC VICE CHAIRMAN ALHAJI BALA ABUBAKAR MUSAWA.

My colleagues, APC officials here present,
Members of the media,
Ladies and gentlemen, assalamu alaikum.

I warmly welcome you all to this press briefing.

A couple of days ago, the self acclaimed chairman of the little that remains of the dying opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Katsina state, Hon. Salisu Yusuf Majigiri addressed you gentlemen of the press during which he regurgitated the outlandish lies and claims he has so pathologically become adept at against the person and government of our able, amiable and nationally acclaimed performing Governor, Rt. Hon. Aminu Bello Masari.

We have decided to respond to Mr. Majigiri latest diatribe of lies because it appears that he is a strong believer and deciple of Gobbels, the infamous propaganda Minister of Adolf Hitler, who expounded and made good use of the sophist theory, which states that lies spoken too often assume the dimensions of truth.

We attribute Magajigiri's penchant for lying against the All Progressives Congress (APC) administration in the state to three factors:

(1) Although facts are sacred, opinions are free. And even mad people are not only entitled to hold, but free to express their opinion, with the listener reserving the right to be their own judge. So the opinion of the Majigiri's of this world cannot transform lies into truth, no matter the level of their sophistry.

(2) Even after nearly three years of losing out power to APC, the rump of the PDP has refused to come to terms with the fact that a more competent, capable and dynamic team under the able leadership of Governor Masari is in place delivering dividends of democracy to the good people of Katsina state. Of course, you cannot take away his candy and prevent a child from  crying. For sixteen uninterrupted years, the PDP had had power without responsibility, which is the prerogative of the harlot over the ages.

(3) The PDP in Katsina state exists only in name, with just Majigiri and a handful of nonetities hanging to the coat tails of the immediate past Governor Ibrahim Shehu Shema for hand outs, so as to keep mind and soul together. With the departure of the leading lights of the Katsina PDP such as Senator Ibrahim Ida (erstwhile PDP financier in Katsina), former (two-term) Speaker of the Katsina state House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Ya'u Umar Gojogojo, his Deputy, Rt. Hon. Bilya Mohammed Rimi and the rest of the party's former members of the State House of Assembly as well as most of the PDP councillors who served under the past administration, it is little wonder that Majigiri, who remains about the last person in the party, is out of his depth to prove his utility to his paymaster.

Back to his tissues of fantastic and outlandish lies and claims, let us address them one by one:

Your "sponsorship of radio programmes and use of social media" have failed to pitch the good people of Katsina state against Governor Masari because they are satisfied that in the APC administration, they are getting good value for their votes. So satisfied are the people of the state with the performance of Governor Masari that they gave him 86% approval rating in a poll conducted and widely publicized by NOI in November 2017. It was the highest approval rating given to any governor by the citizens of his state.

The opinion polls focused on strides made on workers welfare (payment of salary, pension and gratuity as and when due) and infrastructure and human capital development. In all these areas and others, Katsina State citizens gave Governor Masari a ringing endorsement, the like of which no governor has received from his people.

It is said that silence is the best answer to a fool. This holds true of Majigiri's allegation that the Katsina APC has "already conducted a primary election several months before the official time for it". Perhaps, it took place in his disturbed mind, a mind so used to the impunity of his rejected party.

It is the manifestation of a deranged mind to believe "the last 31 months as Katsina's most prosperous months of (sic) it's history". It is simply preposterous. How possible is that, when the average combined monthly earning for state and local governments during the said period was N7billion. It was a period when crude oil, the nation's main source of revenue, has never sold above $60 per barrel. For most of the time, it averaged only $40, at times even sold as low as $28 per barrel. Therefore, how and where did the "close to N400 billion Katsina state earned in 31 months" come from, outside the compromised mind of the PDP's lone ranger?

 Compare that to the 16-year period of PDP's misgovernance, when price of a barrel of crude oil in the international market had never fallen below $100. It had severally sold as high as $114 per barrel. Then, the average combined monthly earning for state and local governments had never fallen below N15 billion. Still, there is pretty little on ground to show for all that earning?

Majigiri's claim that former Governor Shema had left N17,743,913,731:00 in the treasury at the time of his departure was clearly false, as bank records and other documents showed only N4,251,100,820:00 found in the many accounts his administration had operated. Also false is another claim by Majigiri that Shema left Katsina state debt free. In addition to the over N11billion debt in unpaid pension and gratuity to retirees, the Shema administration had bequeathed a debt portfolio, both local and foreign, amounting to N67.9 billion. The external component of the debt, which stood at $78,925,362.43 or N15,469,371,034.00 (@ N196/$) as at 29th May, 2015), included four different loans incurred by the administration of the former Governor. These are (1) $1,500,000.00 (US Dollars) loan taken on 1st January, 2009 ostensibly for the construction and rehabilitation of small earth dams, (2) SDR 3,250,000.00 loan taken on 15th April, 2009 for community and social development projects from Saudi Arabaia, (3) SDR 2,585,563.00 loan taken on 17th September, 2009 for the Katsina State Third National Fadama Development Project also from Saudi Arabia and, (4) $4,000,000.00 loan taken on 25th February, 2015 as additional facility for Katsina State Community and Social Development project. This last loan was taken after the 2015 Gubernatorial election, and only three months before Shema exited from office as Governor on 29th May, 2015. There are documents from the Debt Management Office (DMO) Abuja supporting this claim.

There is really no point wasting time responding to the allegation that "hospitals and schools are neglected by the Masari administration". Given the concrete and tangible evidence of the positive revolution sweeping all the sectors of the economy, such thinking can only be the product of a frustrated mind, which is beyond redemption.

On a courtesy visit to the Governor to present the Nigerian Medical Association (NMA's) Distinguished Service Award to him on November 3rd, 2017, the NMA President, Professor Michael Ogirima had this to say about Governor Masari: "Your Excellency, you have demonstrated uncommon love for the health sector and the medical profession in Katsina state, so much that your untiring efforts in making Katsina state a medical tourist destination is reverberating all over the nation and beyond".

A good product does not need advertising, it attracts customers naturally, the same way iron fillets are attracted to magnet without external prompting. This is why contrary to Majigiri's assertion, Governor Masari does not need to invite members of the PDP to join the ruling APC. They do so on their own volition, convinced of the sincererity, commitment, focus and humility of PresidentMuhammadu Buhari and Governor Masari, attributes never spoken in the same breath with Majigiri's paymaster, former Governor Shema.

Those who dumped the PDP for the APC cited arrogance, deceit and arbitrariness of Shema and the rest of the PDP crowd as their reason for seeking redemption within the APC.

They are so full of praise for Governor Masari for the many people oriented projects executed and programmes implement in under three years despite the paucity of resources.

These projects and programmes include, but not limited to, the following:

Governor Masari has settled the pension and gratuity debt of N11.6 billion left by the Shema  administration

-So far paid pension and gratuity to the tune of N17.8 billion.

EDUCATION:

The Katsina State government has just paid out N77 million as refund to parents who sponsored their children's Senior School Certificate Examinations, SSCE this year.

The government has recruited 1,900 primary and secondary schools teachers

Has repaired and rehablitated over 150 primary schools and 15 secondary schools, including construction of additional classrooms and hostels (for boarding schools) in each of the three Senatorial zones in the state.

Has promoted, with payment of areas, over 1000 primary and secondary schools teachers in the state, some of whom have had no promotion for up to 10 years.

Aall girls secondary schools are now boarding.

HEALTH

The government has embarked on the enovation, rehanlitation and expansion (by 70%) of the General Hospitals at Katsina, Daura and Funtua.

State-of-art equipment are being supplied to these hospitals to rival the best in the country.

In like manner, enovating, rehanlitating and expanding Kankiya, Dutsinma, Malumfasi and Mani General Hospitals

So far recruited 690 medical staff comprising 110 doctors (including 15 consultants), 250 nurses and 330 midwives and allied health personnel.

Governor Masari's administration has secured accreditation for Katsina School of Nursing, the first time since it was established in 1956, and doubled its annual students intake from 50 to 120.

SECURITY:

Governor Masari has addressed the issue of acute insecurity that came in the form of cattle rustling, killings, kidnapping and rape which seriously affected farming and commercial activities in eight local government areas in the state.

So acute was insecurity that on a day in March, 2014, with then President Gooluck Jonathan and national chieftains of then ruling PDP in town, bandits callously massacred in cold blood 142 people in a community between Faskari and Sabuwa local government areas.

On coming into office, Governor Masari initiated the joint security action by the seven North West states of Katsina, Kano, Kaduna, Jigawa, Zamfara, Sokoto and Kebbi, as well as Niger state.

He negotiated an amnesty programme for repentant cattle rustlers, who handed over their fire arms to government, in return for forgiveness, reintegration and provision of aminities like schools and clinics in their settlements.

He also initiated, in collaboration with MTN, the launching of Animal Identification and Management Solution Programme (designed to track stolen animals) at Runka in Safana Local Government, Katsina state on Saturday, 2nd December, 2017.

AGRICULTURE:

It is a mark of the importance given to the sector by Governor Masari that his deputy, Alhaji Mannir Yakubu is given charge of the agriculture ministry as its commissioner, ably assisted by Dr. Abba Abdullahi, an internationally renowned consultant, as Special Adviser on Agriculture

As a wholly agrarian state, Katsina state is an active participant in the CBN's sponsored Cotton and Rice Anchor Programmes, with Katsina first in cotton, and second only to Kebbi in the production of rice.

Farming in Katsina has been given a new impetus with in unprecedented regular procurement and distribution of sufficient quantity of assorted fertilisers for both wet and dry seasons farming without the usual annual fanfare of public launching of the distribution of the commodity.

A reasonable quantity of tractors has been procured and distributed to farmers in the state on soft loan by the government.

The Masari administration has concluded arrangements with the Indian Tractor manufacturing firm, Mahindra Machines to assemble the tractors and other farming implements at the recently resuscitated Kankiya Metal Works factory.

WATER SUPPLY:

On a scale never undertaken before, comprehensive rehabilitation and upgrade of the Ajiwa Dam and Water Works (for Katsina township and environs), Malumfashi Dam and Waterworks (for Malumfashi township and environs) and Mairuwa Dam and Waterworks (for Funtua township and environs) have been embarked and in progress by the Masari administration

Also, in collaboration with the Federal Government, the Masari administration embarked on the completion of the abandoned waterworks at Zobe Dam in Dutsinma town, Sabke Dam in Daura town and Jibia Dam in Jibia town

Efforts have been stepped up by the Masari administration to expand the utilization of these dams, which are among the largest man made bodies of water in the country for irrigation purposes.

INDUSTRY:

Organized an economic and investment forum with participation of leading Nigerian and foreign business persons and companies with Dangote and BUA groups among the local participants while others came from China, India, UAE, US, and UK.

Governor Masari administration has liberalized the space and created a conducive environment for investors to do business.

Governor Masari has revived some industries that have remained moribund since they were established in 1979 by the administration of Governor Balarabe Musa of the defunct Kaduna State during the Second Republic. These include Kankiya Metal Works, Kankara Kaolin, Funtua Burnt Bricks and Daura Tennery.

EMPOWERMENT:

Over 2000 youth have been trained and empowered in various trades and crafts, at the ratio of 60%/40% in favour of women.

ROADS:

The Masari administration has completed all the unfinished road projects inherited from immediate past administration, some of which were awarded and barely started on the eve of the Shema administration's departure in May, 2015.

So far constructed over 200 kilometres and counting of roads in almost equal measure in the three Senatorial zones in the state.

Over N2 billion has been spent on the construction of drainage in many parts of the state, notably in Katsina, Daura and Funtua towns and environs.

Finally, be rest assured that His Excellency will be only too happy to accept your challenge to a debate, anywhere, anytime to once again prove to the good people of Katsina state that their decision to reject the PDP at the polls in 2015 has not been in vain. They have been reaping the dividends of their wise choice ever since.

In the history of Fourth Republic Politics of Katsina State, the present administration of His Excellency, Rt Hon Aminu Bello Masari is the first government to empowered about over five thousands youths in just two and a half years, really Katsina has answered a called for change. Katsina State is now matured to compete its peers in various areas that has direct impact to people.

The giant stride in eliminating poverty by the selfless services of Governor Masari in developing each and every sector of Katsina State has yielded the needful result for the indigenous Katsina peoples, in APC's administration there are joy and happiness in every man house.

It is a known idea, for a very long time, joblessness has been eating deep inside our body and became a cankerworm disease to most of our Youth and Women, which was the the problematic condition that resulted in turning our fellow youth to becomes street roomers, this a problem that supposed to be urgently address by the past government but they developed a cold feet against it. 

When Governor Masari ascended the throne of leadership, he took a look in the cycle of the youth and women where he sees them as the most pitiful category of masses, who are striving to stand and live on their own in oder to become selves sufficient and economically safe like other people. Governor Masari urgently addressed this matter, by initiating number of SME Programmes.

His Excellency Rt Hon Aminu Bello Masari has successfully empowered big number of youths from all the nook and cranny of the state, with enough funds as starter packages to set up various enterprises in their different communities under the office of KASSED, headed by the SA Economic Empowerment. Masha Allah, I walked out my legs and first handedly saw many of these growing up young entrepreneurs how they are running and developing their small and medium scale businesses.

On the other hand, for knowing the hardship and difficulties women are facing in their matrimonial homes due to poverty, Governor Masari, once again did wonderfully in empowering over three thousands women from all the three Political Geographical Zones under the WET & EP organised and supervised by the office of SA Women Youth. The three thousands number of these beneficiaries were empowered based on the training they received, most of them were given sewing machines, some grinding machines and other house trades.

Governor Masari style of leadership matched the yearning aspirations of my fellow Katsinawa and Daurawa. Masari two terms insha Allah!

NEW KATSINA: GOVERNOR MASARI'S MISSION - Hassan Usman Datti

Katsina State was blessed with prominent peoples, who served Nigeria in notable capacities. The indigenous peoples of Katsina have contributed immensely in the development of this country. Surely, their contributions has positively touched various sectors. Governor Masari is at the forefront amidst these eminent personalities.

Gong back to history, His Excellency, Rt Hon Aminu Bello Masari was one time a speaker of the Federal House of Representatives, during his tenure as a speaker, he served the House in the best of his ability, with honesty, peace and harmony. His tenure as a speaker remain the best that NASS has ever witnessed, his successes and accomplishments has positively touched every Nigerian citizens, the contributions given by Masari over the legislations he presided has strengthen the unity, peace and cordial relation among Nigerians, especially in tackling and reducing the number of ethno-religious crises. His legacy, still stand a taste of the present generation.

In his quest to improve the lives of individuals, he contested the office of Governorship, he was elected and sworn into office in 2015 as Executive Governor of Katsina State. Since before his victory Masari's Campaign Organisation was tagged as Restoration Project. This Project was designed to restore and revive the lost glory of our dear Katsina State. In his vision to actualize this project, he prioritized four main areas of the state, Education, Health, Water Resources and Agriculture. 

In Allah's infinite favour, Masari in his two years in office has restored and standardized Katsina State Health Sector, as from now there are about ten General Hospitals that were renovated, remodeled and equipped into international standard. The Primary Health Care Centres situated in our localities that before were in dilapidated state were also renovated and equipped. 

In his humble capacity, Masari was able to purposed Umaru Musa Yar'adua University Teaching Hospital, Katsina for establishment. Masari have done wonderful in the Health Sector. The success recorded by Masari administration in the Health Sector is great and superseded the past government. Masari deserved second term to continue impacting the lives of Katsinawa and Daurawa.
