OPPONENTS LACKS POLITICAL DECORUM - Hassan Usman Datti

Political inclination is not a disputing issue, is normal in every political ground occupied by good and learned practicing politicians, who either ascended or descended to an interest of political parties. Perhaps, the nature of every society practicing democracy, as we knows, a nation could not be referred to a democratic state with a singular party system, thus "Autocracy" likewise, a nation that is having a more than one political party is known to be a democratic state, "Democracy" this is a case of my country Nigeria, its operating multiparty system and its has almost one hundred registered and unregistered political parties, all striking with full forces to get on the power.

But what matter the most and worthy for peoples' consideration and acceptance when it comes for aspiring political offices by individual, be it a philanthropist, business tycoon or scholar, I will confidently say "integrity", yes, integrity to be considered first, then strong and positive political manifesto that is relevant to peoples needs, for this might instantaneously serves the fundamental differences between democratic and autocratic system of government. Masha Allah, Nigeria is a democratic state, that gives freedom of expression and political participation for its citizens.

In regards to above expression, I will like to make some observations on some undesirable elements, that are heating the political atmosphere of the present dispensation which I categorically classified under the list of filthy things, that human being hates, its wrong to misinterpret politics as a dirty affairs in order to make damages to political players, just because of your stand in rival camps or oppositions, its also undemocratic and a very sad disposition to assassinate the character of innocent political players because you are threatening by their success, and your mind generated a negative assumption to be in their persons or positions. For this, it's the highest order of self deceit, which is religiously, socially and politically wrong, with end product of regret and big number of repercussion in the political career. 

Humanitarian services are exercises by those who cares and have loves for the human beings and their activities. A person could be a philanthropist at several occasions in easing the masses' hardship, but can't be a real philanthropist by venturing into the common men lives with a trade by barter.

Targeting the integrity of respectable peoples with injuries is pure sign that unavoidably proved a lowest class of peoples, who are inexperience, unjust, and lack the moral disposition. In addition to that who are scared and suspicious of their selves beings. Success could be achieved by those who embraced patient, modesty, believes in themselves and respect others.

His Excellency, Rt Hon Aminu Bello Masari became a victor of the 2015 Gubernatorial Election with overwhelming majority, this was achieved relatively to his sound character, patience, consistent effort, perseverance and respect he gives to those who earns his respect. He did not drove roughly on peoples' personalities to clinched on the throne of power. This is a lesson worthy of learning to those who like to aspire political offices.

The adage of Katsina and Daurawa goes this way; Home of Heritage and Hospitality. And I explained it this way; in the past ten years we were home of peace and peace, the home where no single crime could be recorded for at least six month, the home where you can't differentiate between migrants and immigrants; the home where they both lived in peace and harmony. Yes, of course, we we're hospitable people, generous and cordial in dealing with others from all part of this great nation. This byword still remained the same; Katsina the "home of heritage and Hospitality". 

But remember, during the immediate past government and early beginning of this present administration, Katsina founded itself in insecurity, because of the carelessness of those in power that handled the affairs of the state in the past.

We all have the knowledge that, it was at the eve of the end of their tenure, when the time started going bye, things started changing from their proper and normal existing state into unfavourable situation of insecurity that claimed the lives of hundreds people and properties that worth millions of naira, where the innocent people were attacked and robbed in most of our high ways that links Katsina State to neighboring states by highly Armed Robbers. There was also a group of criminals called Kiwo Haram, who were operating in Dajin Ruggu, Nigeria to Niger Republic border and some parts of Northwest states while the local thugs (Kauraye) were operating in the various metropolis of the main cities of Katsina State.

By the coming of APC government, Governor Masari highly committed himself to fight insecurity to secured and protected our state from these calamitous activities. As he knew that, constitutionally he is the Chief Security Officer of his state, that's why he didn't relent to take the possible measures in addressing this calamity. 

Today, Governor Masari restored the peace in the whole state, the situation of insecurity was no more in Katsina, we had evidently saw how he committed much of his time, energy, and resources on this matter.

Katsina as it was believed, it ranked the first state were people can lives in peace, harmony and tranquility, today our dignity was regained back on track,

A PROGRESSIVE KATSINA IN MASARI'S TWO YEARS IN OFFICE - Hassan Usman Datti

Achievements accomplished by group of people or some individual, it's supposed to be considered an excellent, in order to encourage the achiever to accomplished more of its kind in the nearest future. And to some extend will encourage other group of competitors to achieved similar. For politicians, not every thing good done by the rivals they commend and support rather stand on the opinion to oppose and paint black an effort made in bringing development to teeming populace to who are being lead. Thus, I regards as gearing up to achieve more of what was already achieved. Individual differences is of much positive advantages in some cases, especially where two or more people could joint their hands together to actualised planned goals. With its tremendous positive impact will definitely serve as accomplishment inputs at the center of a cycle of people with similar objectives, where some one with poor performances can turned to have excellent performances in discharging assigned responsibilities.

Today's Katsina State government was voted under the APC platform. Very proudly, it was elected into power by the masses whose majority are women and youth, that have a hope for changing things into proper being, deliverance of good governance, provision of job opportunities to reduce the rate number of unemployed youth in the state, and appropriate handling of other social problems that are agents of our setback in so many occasions, that made living difficult in our societies. I am not exception in the category of this patriotic and veteran youth, who are not disappointed by this government and more so are satisfied with the take up leadership style of His Excellency, Governor Masari in his vision and foresight to provide leadership that is equal to the needs of his people, as a result of that we still have zeal and courage to vote Governor Masari for the second term when come 2019 insha Allah.

Govenor Masari competency has proved itself beyond a reasonable doubt in what we have so far witnessed, the capital projects that were executed in various sectors under different ministries, agencies and parastatals. Surely, our eyes can see, hands can touch, common sense can judge these social amenities projects and who ever want a progressive Katsina can never deny this fact that are actually on ground.

Such projects in the health sector included the award of contracts for general upgrades and remodeling of our General Hospitals across the state, some of these projects are completed while others are ongoing. Education sector as it was known with the highest demand, Masari have done much to revived this sector, with the little Katsina State is getting monthly from the Federal Allocation, he managed to construct new schools, extra classes and staff rooms in some big number of schools, he therefore awarded contracts for general renovation of both primary and secondary schools. One of the most important courage of our amiable Governor was the employment of over 2500 teachers into Katsina State Government Civil Service and reinstatement of over 1500 Local Government workers that were expelled out from the payroll during the past regime of Barr Ibrahim Shehu Shema. The reinstate workers are expected to teach in the primary schools in their respective Local Government Areas. The problem of pipes board water supply to various metropolis of Katsina State is a well known devastating problem to the habitants of this state, Katsina. Governor Masari achieved a lot in this sector where he awarded a water work contract of huge sum amount for dredging Ajiwa Dam and three number Dams to supply healthy pipes board water for domestic use and portable drinking to urban and rural communities in Katsina State. The reality is for our benefit and wellbeing as good citizens of this state.

Since the day Masari ascended the mantle of leadership as the Executive Governor of Katsina State, we have no doubt Katsina has moved forward and stand bright in the mids of its peers. Today, the thousands lives of Katsina people that can not afford to unveiled themselves from small social problems that hooked them with chains in one way or the other, today in Allah's glory they were unhooked from that chains. 

Masari is honest and competent leader with vision, that stand the taste for the present time in wealth creation through Agriculture, provision of qualitative Education for unlocking the potentials and boosting the talents of our younger generation, especially to become self sufficient and reliance through innovative work and creative arts. His Excellency's effort could not be over emphasized in reviving the glory of Katsina State as the cradle of education as we were known in the past, the state that excelled above its peers in various facet of life.

The Best Choice For Katsina Federal Constituency; Now And Some Other Time.

Hon Sani Danlami, Member Representing Katsina Local Government Federal Constituency at NASS has done much in the provision of social amenities to improve the wellbeing of his constituents, he is doing his best to make sure all possible assistances are extended to right places in his Constituency.

So far so good, we have witnessed how his journey to greatness has fared in achieving lot of accomplishments on the responsibilities weighed on his shoulder. 

It was just in recent, Hon Sani ordered the release of some part of his contributions to his people for aiding teaching and learning condition in the state, education as for being it one portion given priority by Governor Masari led administration where he contributed teaching, learning and instructional materials to both pupils and teachers in Primary Schools and Post-Primary Schools across his constituency.

Unexceptionally, Primary Health Care Centers were also benefited from his regular Special Assistance Scheme. Kudos to this gentle man, it is really a nice to actualised what seem difficult in the eyes of fake politicians.

THE STRUGGLE CONTINUES - Hassan Usman Datti

The struggle continues as usual, since our prayers has been answered, the condition is stable and conducive, there is, neither the scorching sun nor the drenching rain could torment us, the forms of radiations we have undergone are totally inactive, the sky is clear for flying out our kites and the earth has dried for walking out our feet. Indeed, we are good to continue with the journey of selves freedom.

We're already at the middle and fully focused to our planned destination, straight forward we go for hitting our target, we hear no whispers, we turn to no beckons, we hesitate to no voices of an enemies, mischief of any forms stirs no anger talkless of putting weight into hearts and afraid get no one of us for friendship none the less to scared us for matching our goals together.

Be assured, uncertainties and unscrupulous elements have no place in this journey, the obstacles we crossed have been thrown thousand miles away and no more challenge so strong can deter this journey for reaching its destination.

My Ramadhan Piece! Hassan Usman Datti.

It's a great pleasure and happiest moment in this blissful month of Ramadhan to passionately extend my sincerely greeting to every one there, most especially those that we have came on board of the APC Change Mantra plane, after passing through numerous challenges in the course of salvaging our nation from the pick of collapsing, indeed we strived to got the APC in the sovereignty in order to accomplish the yearning aspiration of our fellow citizenry.

Thank God, the APC administration has made it, it's really made a history in this fourth Republic Political Dispensation, it is noticeably that with the hard time and diverse challenges we're encountering we we're able to accomplished undoubtful achievements in very short time of our being in power which if compared with what has been accomplished by the fast administration is drastically and fantastically far ahead and beyond comparison.

May Allah (SWA) in His infinite mercy and love for mankind continue to guide and protect our leaders, give them the courage, tactics and all what it's takes to fulfill the yearning aspiration of the change mantra era. May He (SWA) strengthen and revive our economy, make it sustainable for us and many generation to come.

Katsina State was blessed with eminent important personalities that served the nation in different notable capacity and still there is a big number of them who are contributing their quota in servicing the nation toward the attainment of a Nigeria as an industrialised nation and free corrupt country, my God fearing Governor, Rt Hon Aminu Bello Masari (Matawallen Hausa) was not exception in the list of those great indigenous citizen of Katsina State who served Nigeria wholeheartedly. We have witnessed how Masari lead the affairs of the Green Chamber with sanity, numerous achievements and accomplishments, and with no or little rancour, he was successfully managed the house that has over three hundred members with different tribes and religions, geographically from all part of the country.

As the political dispenses of the present time tagged with the Change Mantra, APC Change! Katsina state is unavoidably changing greatly from the home of impunity and sycophancy to the home of sanity, progress and development. All in all was as the result of the managerial inputs that are putting in place by the peoples' Governor, Masari. When we take a close and far look at the ongoing Masari Restoration Project in the various sectors of my state, surely we would found out that Katsina is fantastically taking a right sharp and direction in achieving the most highly needed social amenities that the common man depends on to and have direct access to and enjoy as dividend of democracy.

We have witnesses the progress that touched the various sectors; Education, Health, Agriculture, Water Resources in every nook and cranny of the state, and the recent development brought to us in Economic and Investment Sector which was through the perfectly leadership of His Excellency, Rt Hon Aminu Bello Masari, it is unquestionable Governor Masari is doing perfectly in taking Katsina State to the next stage of development. #GovernorMasariIsWorking!

HONESTY PAYS MUCH THAT LAST FOREVER

The history of APC Administration and Governor Masari stewardship in Katsina State will not be completed with out mentioning the great work of a giant achiever, great politician, technocrat, close and trusted ally to Governor Masari, SA/PS, Alh Muntari Lawal who was tested and found competent, and trusted found honest, no doubt Gov Masari trusted him more than any one within his cabinet. He served in different notable capacities and found perfectly competent and  honest.

Alh Muntari Lawal is a man of his words, so rigid on what is inappropriate and unacceptable, flexible on what is appropriate and acceptable, he always stand firmly on what is right, goes contrary with injustice. His sterling qualities earned him the respect of thousands of respectful people of Katsina State and Nigeria at large.

A very respectful man,  kindness and generous, you will always found him sharing people's feelings secreterely with out any one know especially in watering the liver of a common man. Another commendable side of my boss, he is very hard working dignitary, working day and night in assisting President Buhari in his effort of making Nigeria free currupt country and fueling the train engine of Governor Masari's Restoration Project in the whole sectors of the state. He is honest this why he's trusted more than any one. Indeed, your honesty paying you much of dignity and respect which will last forever.

It is with the sense of respect I am delightfully thanking all those that are supporting, contributing and appreciating the unquantifiable effort of the APC led administration under the leadership of our hero, mentor and father, the Executive Governor of Katsina State, Rt Hon Aminu Bello Masari, Matawallen Hausa, Dallatun Katsina.

The unflinching support of the good citizens of Katsina State is unmeasurable to this administration which is undoubtedly helping the matter, in restoring the lost glory of the state, which was carelessly handled or intentionally mismanaged by those that held the mantle of leaderships of the state in the past, thus resulted in affecting all sectors with different injuries most especially in the education sector, that has the highest public demand.

The Restoration Project, as the implementaton of the 2016 Budget was tagged by His Excellency, Governor Masari was advanced to every sectors not only the four areas that were given priority, which was unavoidably the first of its kind Katsina State had ever get since the inception of the 4th Republic Politics from 1999 to date.

Governor Masari accepted the challenge and smartly fighting back to restore the most highest public demend sectors especially education, to revive the sector at all level, Primary, Secondary and Tertiary Education, Vocational Centers were also not exception, to make them standard and compete their peers in the country, knowing that the Katsina State is a Cradle of Education.

It is a plain truth, Governor Masari is working to make Katsina great again, we evidently have seen how he is placing on all the possible measures to fixed Katsina State, to make education accessible to every child, medical services to the good of Katsina State, Adequate portable drinking water, to improve Agricultural Production, and many more among others, for a better tomorrow especially to the younger generations

HON SANI DANLAMI NEVER PAYS MEDICAL BILL FOR CHILDREN CIRCUMCISION.

My attention was drawn to a post involving the Member Representing Katsina Federal Constituency, in person of Hon Sani Aliyu Danlami which was posted by an online paper, dailynigerian.com, the information was credited to Hausa Newspaper Rariya.

It is very wrong and unislamic to deliberately instigated any form of lie against a follow human for just a political goal or any other social reason.

It is very unfortunate and worthy of condemnation, the way rivalries are painting the political office holders black in order to tarnish their images and reputation to bring them down lower to their knees and made them become a laughing object in the sight of the good people voted them into their various and respective offices.

The post was actually questionable by seeing its context and reading the content of the post, that shows some attributes of unreliability and at the extent it could inflict some one with the sense of doubt.

This online paper reported the Honorable Member as the person behind the sponsorship of the number of 130 Children circumcision for his constituency that was recently concluded at Shinkafi, it said that, the excercise was kick-off early at the beginning of this year at Shinkafi A and Shinkafi B as part of this member Constituency Project.

I boldly say capital no to this mischief, it is not true, Hon Sani Danlami has never directly or indirectly instructed any body to carried out this excercise talkless of issuing the payment for their medical bills.

The true story is that, Alh Babangida Shinkafi, APC Chairman Katsina Local Government was the person sponsored this exercise to some small number of children from his ward, Shinkafi A. Babangida Shinkafi sponsored this exercise for the reason of being him one of the son of Shinkafi and an elder statesmanship who is holding the position in the party and also residing in this ward.

Believe me or not, Sani Danlami, will not forsake his Ward and prioritized another Ward above the Ward he came from, if he was the one sponsored this, why not he first of all launched this excercise at his own Ward?

Hon Sani Danlami had never done the payment of circumcision before and presently will not not do it at all to be regards as one part of his Constituency Project for the constituents, but to be honest and sincere, we knows he is doing his best on medical issues brought before him, we saw and witnessed hundreds of people that benefited from his Medical Scheme, and those that he paid for their medical bills not this issue of children circumcision that has no ground in his politics.

This is malicious attack of the highest order to this lawmaker's personality, and be rest assured, no matter how long it will take, the person behind this will surely account for it here on this universe.

HOME OF COMMOTION; THE MOST IT ANTAGONIZES AND THE LEAST IT IMPRESSES.

I feels it in my vain as an obligation to commit my pen into paper on issues that are necessity, to write and show either my approval or disapproval and share my thoughts with you.

At this very trying time, It is a duty to every patriotic, indeed, it is a duty, to clear away the clouds that got it's way into the hearts of my fellow young politicians which apparently blocking them to see the light and grasp the honor and integrity.

They are being turning into low-level class of integrity, placing them into the category of Political Vanguard by being dishing with flimsy gifts, seizing the chances from them to notice the spot where the light is coming from and get access to it, and also by tarnishing their wisdom in differentiating between political chicanery and political will, especially when it comes for making a choice.

It is extremely disturbing experience when I came across to know the old servants were being pushing away and ignored because they are weak with small joule of energy and powerless. While some of the opponents groups were beckoned to serve and entertained just for two or more reasons; whether for blood relation or sharing of either the same political, social, religious or economical ideology

I was in no doubt by seeing the emergence of this home of commotion, which was given birth by some groups of people that are claiming the right of being in the best positions and at the apex of loyalism, who also claiming the total support and rendering political assistances to the most highly ranking personality in the state.

This home of commotion, surely, will not salvage the political future of the present administration, rather will embark on raising high issues of varying degree; friction, chaos and commotion in the unity of our collective interest.

Certainly, it will not at every given advantage or opportunity help and solve anything pertains the most key valuable areas of this government rather it will continuously making damages to our collective work done, antagonizing our genuine members and died heart supporters who are still nursing the feeling of being left behind and pushed into shrubs.

I am worryingly disturbed when ever I glanced at the activities of this home which are stupidly carrying out, that are lacking focus and direction, which were filled up with uncertainty in taking it for granted.

Unfortunately, they began with an err and from all indications they will end up at the same starting point. No one in their amids was prudently and sensibly perceived the wrong position they have taking to. What ashamed!

It is well a clear, the said wet soil is not yet a green, it is still dry and sandy hence of the heavy rain that is steadily raining. I see, the sowed seed is obviously decaying with out germinating for prospect.
