THE SUPS FAIL MEDIA HOUSE IS AS DANGEROUS AS POISON - THE POLITY.
It is sad to read the headline story of the "The Polity" newspaper, and its very surprising to only read this false accusation in this paper, for all the numerous print media houses in the country, its only this paper was able to report this allegation. If we could remember, this mischief information has been since circulating around being spreads by the enemies of Katsina State progress and APC administration, but it is now that "The Polity" got it mindset well picked the said allegation in the street and embark with publishing this rumor which is totally lack background and authenticity.
Thank God! In the last three month, I was fortunate to came across to know this mischief allegation since it was being speculating in the social media platforms in different forms of revelation.
But today, "The Polity" paper which lack as much as many thousands readers' recognition published this mischief of fraudulent act of missing N300m that was falsely involved SGS, Hon Commissioner for LG and Chieftaincy Affairs and others who their names withheld.
This paper is sups fail is as dangerous as poison, in the past it reported many mischief allegations on high-ranking personalities across the country, it has been known for so long in the defamation of character activities to tarnish the reputation of good people of this country and bring in hatred, confusion and chaos in public cycles. In another way is to sail their name through for identification.
This paper house is a small and poor media house, to prosecute this sups fail media house is waste of time and resources and it would be a credit to them, they do not even have the means to pay for fine when charged in the court. In European countries they also face this problem of Media House Sups fail, this problem of the sups fail media house is not a new is common.
How on earth could any one believe N300m would be missing in the Ministry for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs' account, the Ministry that inherited the sum of only N11m from PDP government?
How could any reasonable person believe that SGS, Hon Commissioner and others unmentioned can steal N300m while they are not the signatories of the Ministry for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs' account?
The counter signatories of the Ministry for Local Government's account are the number one citizen of the state and Accountant General of the state, if not this two high-ranking officials no one could signed the cheque of the Ministry for Local Government's account for cash withdrawal.
It is important to note that, when ever the cash mandate for projects execution addressed to Hon Commissioners, all what they can do is to "noted" or to write "Please compliance with the approval of H.E" and forwarded it to Accountant General to counter sign.
To signed a cash mandate for either salaries or projects execution is not the jurisdiction of SGS and Hon Commissioners, cash can only be withdrawn when H.E and Accountant General of the State signed the cheque. So now tell me how could any one of these accused officials can steal a kobo?
